Lichfield Heritage Weekend

Ride to the Wall (Saturday 11th October)
This unique event, organised by Nene Valley Harley Owners Group, will see many hundreds of motorbike riders pay their respect at the Armed Forces Memorial in the National Memorial Arboretum and it will commemorate all the troops that have died on duty since World War II. Martin Dickinson, Director of Nene Valley Harley Owners Group Chapter said "this is an excellent way to show our gratitude and remember the members of the Armed Forces who have made the ultimate sacrifice".

Cellar Tours at Erasmus Darwin House (9th and 17th October)
If you missed the chance to visit the fascinating cellars of Erasmus Darwin House during the Heritage Weekend, then here's another one! Cellar Tours are offered on Thursday 9th and Friday 17th October. Pre-booking is advised by phoning 01543 306260 or you can get your tickets from the Erasmus Darwin House reception. Halloween at Drayton Manor Park (25th October - 2nd November)
Celebrate Halloween at Britain's best loved family theme park. The special event includes a Halloween Spooky Spectacular show at the Big Top Theatre and a Psychic Night with Gary Dakin on the 29th October. The park will have late evenings during half term (25th-31st October) until 7pm. The first weekend of November will see some fab fireworks at 7pm with selected rides open until 9pm.
