Amber House offers rooms and meals to key workers

Owner of local bed and breakfast Amber House, Gill Jones is opening her doors for key workers. There are four rooms available at a special rate and Gill is also offering a click and collect meal service for busy key workers.
With no domestic staff coming and going, Gill has created a sanitised and safe environment for key workers and has enabled a cash-free meal collection service to keep people like NHS workers on the move.
All the meals from Amber House are made fresh using locally sourced produce, such as bacon and sausages from Peter Coates in Alrewas. Gill even makes all bread, preserves and butter from scratch.
Just half a mile from the National Memorial Arboretum, Amber House won tastiest breakfast in the UK award for Eviivo, as judged by Prue Leith and has been voted the best bed and breakfast in Staffordshire for three consecutive years, winning silver award last year.
