Lichfield Proms in Beacon Park is Lichfield District Council's free annual outdoor concert for the whole family.
It takes place each year on the first Saturday in September, and is an opportunity to enjoy a late summer evening of live classical music and a firework finale. Food and Fun Zone offers a variety of delicious food and drinks to purchase and rides and activities including inflatables and a carousel.
The City of Lichfield Concert Band plays a programme of popular music to warm up the crowd as they find their spots from 6pm.
This leads up to the main concert at 7.30pm, which features a symphony orchestra and classically trained singers performing a varied musical programme. The evening culminates with proms anthems and a firework finale.
