We are an independent family-run business founded by James Pomlett, in 2015.

We proudly serve fresh produce from local Staffordshire suppliers and we love to celebrate the wonderful City of Lichfield. Our suppliers are very important to us and many of them are family-run businesses just like us. Our meat is sourced from Russell’s Butchers of Shenstone, our fruit & vegetables are supplied to us from Fresh View (who use many farms from around Staffordshire), our fresh fish arrives daily from Birmingham Market, our bread is from Silver Tree Bakery in Sutton Coldfield and we source beer from Purity and wines from Perkins Wines.

Our menus change seasonally and we are always looking for new ideas to make brunch even more exciting. We love being an independent business that can quickly adapt and change our menus – it is the exciting part of what we do! Our guests love discovering what is new on the menu too.
