Visit Lichfield Safely

Latest advice on covid-19

Welcome back to Lichfield District! We want you to be safe when you visit.

Before you head out, please check the government’s latest guidance as it is regularly updated.

If you are planning a visit to Lichfield, please keep this in mind -

Before you leave home:

  • Read the latest government guidance
  • Double check opening times – we are trying to keep our website as up to date as possible, but please double check opening times/booking arrangements with the venue you are visiting before you leave
  • Prepare to book – you may need to book a takeaway slot at your favourite café
  • Check you have your face covering (if you need it) and hand sanitiser

When you are here:

  • Keep a safe distance from others
  • Expect to queue outside at times
  • Wash your hands regularly and use hand sanitiser
  • Make contactless payments if possible
  • Stay home if you have COVID-19 symptoms
  • Wear a face covering on public transport
  • Try to keep left if passing someone
  • Use a bin or take litter home with you
