Manor Farm Bed and Breakfast is a Grade II listed Georgian farmhouse in the heart of the National Forest.
This charming farmhouse accommodation is situated in the scenic village of Coton-in-the-Elms, Derbyshire. There are three well appointed en-suite bedrooms; double, family and a twin. Breakfasts are made from locally sourced products. We aim to make your stay relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable.
Local pubs for food and drinks. Manor Farm is ideally situated for visiting the National Memorial Arboretum, exploring the National Forest or visiting one of our local towns or attractions. Manor Farm is centrally located between Lichfield, Tamworth, and Burton on Trent with road links to Birmingham, Nottingham and other major cities.
Getting here and parking
On Main Roadway
From A38 take Barton/Walton junction for Walton on Trent. Leave Walton on the Coton Road and continue approx 3 miles to Coton in the Elms. From A444 & M42 take A444 towards Burton on Trent. At Robin Hood pub in Overseal take left turn into Lullington Road follow signs for Coton and Lullington. Continue into Coton and turn left at Queens Head pub, Manor Farm looks down Village Green, telephone kiosk outside. Nearest train stations Burton-on-Trent and Tamworth. Bus service from Burton & Swadlincote.
