Share your passion and pride for Lichfield in a Heart of England photo competition

This summer, no matter what the weather, residents and visitors to the Heart of England are being urged to get out and about, camera in hand and take part in 'Shots from the Heart'; a photo competition which is all about sharing passion and pride for the Heart of England region.

Budding amateur photographers of all ages have the chance to show off about the Heart fo England and win a great family day out, by simply uploading the photos that capture the 'Heart' for them, at www.visittheheart.co.uk/photo. There are already loads of great photos up on the website for visitors to view and vote for, but lots more photos are needed to really showcase the region.

Photos are categorized under the regions of the Heart of England - Birmingham & Solihull, Black Country, Coventry & Warwickshire, Herefordshire, Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire, Telford & Shropshire, and Worcestershire.

'Shots from the Heart' runs throughout the summer until 14 September, so there's plenty of time to get that perfect shot or to vote for a favourite picture at www.visittheheart.co.uk/photo.

This competition is being co-ordinated by Advantage West Midlands in support of the delivery of the Regional Marketing Strategic Framework.
