The Four Seasons at Swinfen Hall

The only restaurant in Staffordshire awarded three rosettes from the AA, recommended in the Michelin guide and winner of numerous accolades, the Four Seasons offers modern British Cuisine in the magnificent setting of a Grade II listed Georgian manor house. Sika deer, renowned for the quality of their venison roam the 45-acre deer park and feature on the menus in Winter and Spring months, rare-breed Manx Loaghtan sheep graze under the chestnut trees and appeared on the menus for the first time in September 2016 and the half acre walled garden provides a wealth of fruit, vegetables and herbs. Sample afternoon tea on the terrace, fine dining in the restaurant or a gourmet night in the stunning Edwardian ballroom. Or why not bring the kids up for “Sunday lunch with a Touch of Magic” and then head out to feed the deer? A private dining room is available for celebrations and as the restaurant is located in the only AA Inspector’s Choice hotel in Staffordshire, why not enjoy your meal without having to worry about the drive home and stay in one of the 17 luxurious bedrooms and suites?
